Imagine a place where you can stay in comfort in the wilderness of Patagonia, a basecamp to return to each night to plan your next day's adventure from a menu of adventures.
We have just that place and here is why Ecocamp Patagonia should be on your travel bucket list.
At Ecocamp Patagonia you stay in geodesic domes, set in beautiful natural surroundings. Domes vary in price depending on their comfort level. As the weather in Patagonia can be very changeable, I recommend you choose a dome with its own heating and bathroom.
Excellent meals are served in communal domes, which also function as the social hub of Ecocamp. Ecocamp Patagonia offers an all-inclusive stay, so all your meals and activities are included in your stay.
Ecocamp Patagonia offers a variety of programs. Their 4-7 day Wildlife Safari is the programme most of our travellers choose. It is a customisable adventure package, allowing you to handpick daily activities such as hikes and nature walks. Each day offers activities of different intensity levels, so a couple can choose to do an epic hike or easy walk together, or perhaps each go their own way for the day.
Some of the activities on offer include a hike to the famous Towers of Paine, and easy-going nature walk along the shores of Lake Sarmiento, a catamaran ride on Lake Pehoe followed by a hike to Valle Frances or a boat ride to the towering blue walls of Glacier Grey.
For those looking for an epic multi-sport adventure, we have a 6-day programme that includes cycling, kayaking, horseback riding and hiking. And to counter-balance all those activities, Ecocamp Paagonia offers yoga sessions as well as relaxing massages.
All programmes include pick-up and drop-offs at either Puerto Natales or Punta Arenas Airport.
